My first experience with doing my own Matcha Tea, these products and the tea strainer is enabling me to make a drinkable Matcha Soy Milk Latte. It has suppress hunger for quite a few active hours. I use an Aldi milk frother with a tea spoon of Manuka Honey in the jug before I froth.
I decided to switch from coffee to matcha as I was getting bad anxiety - it has helped heaps! This brand of matcha is very good quality and tasted amazing. I personally liked it the most iced with a drizzle of honey :)
